I have had the privilege of knowing Jan for the past 40 plus years. I have always been impressed by her dedication, expertise and passion for animal training. Her extensive background in training exotic animals has provided her with a unique and profound understanding of animal behavior which she has since applied to the field of domestic animal training. I have known Jan Naud for 38 years, and have been greatly impressed by her positive reinforcement skills. I was an executive house manager in Beverly Hills, Calif. for a high-profile family for many years. While there, Jan was our dog person for over 14 years. She was involved in every aspect of dog care for our dog family of at times from 3 to 4 dogs from puppies to adults. Her dedication to the needs of the family and the canine kids was impressive.
